Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before payment is made or goods are dispatched. Once goods have been dispatched or collected, cancellations are no longer possible. If an order is cancelled, True Blue Sourcing Ltd reserves the right to charge for any costs incurred.
Delivery and Collection
We strive to deliver goods within the time frame agreed upon but cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not accept returns of goods sold as clearance or liquidation stock unless the items are faulty or misrepresented. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return request.
